Taking desulfurization wastewater generated during the production process of coal-fired power plants as the research object, this study explores the use of mechanical atomization evaporation technology to treat desulfurization wastewater. Through theoretical research, it was found that the main factors affecting evaporation include droplet diameter, temperature, wind speed, etc. In response to the shortcomings of existing natural evaporation technologies, natural evaporation technology was combined with enhanced evaporation technologies such as installing atomization devices, increasing water heat, and increasing the flow rate of wind during the evaporation process, thus forming mechanical atomization evaporation technology.
When studying environmental i***cts, the experiment used a droplet size of 150 ¦Ì The horizontal spray evaporation of m nozzle is high salt water. Because the outdoor ambient temperature, humidity and wind speed are uneven and unstable, it is impossible to control the single factor variable. Therefore, a long-term atomization evaporation test is carried out, and the data conforming to the single factor control variable is selected for single factor i***ct analysis, and the multi factor composite i***ct analysis is conducted for all data.
